In reference to the woman accused of murdering the 8 year old girl in California. Do you think the DA is?

i mean the girl was a friend of her daughters and it was her suitcase that she was found in the police investigators made the arrest after their interview with the woman because of the story she told them they believed they had probable cause that was on cnn earlier Tonite with the investigatorr telling why he arrested her for murder.
