New Construction in Winter...Drywall mud cracking around windows?

I am building a home and noticed there is small cracks from the drywall mud not completely drying around the inside of the windows. Can you advise how I should demand that this be fixed? If it is left, it will only worsen over time. Also they have not poured the concrete for the driveway and we are experiencing freezing temperatures which I am sure will cause the concrete to crack
