How do I solve this complex equation for two unknowns on a scientific calculator?

There is no way in hell a question like that will be asked on an exam, unless your teacher is either a moron or evil, or it's the only question. You can try to solve it using an equation solver on your calculator (you'll have to look at the manual). But I highly doubt something like this will be on an exam. I recently had to solve something similar to this, but I was allowed to us anything. (It wasn't for a test.) I used an advanced mathematics program called Mathematica.
