Question about the FAFSA about the tax portion?

I clearly marked "Mother Will File" on my online application for the FAFSA; about a week ago it let me move on to where I would enter my father's income information but now it keeps asking me for my mother's taxable income and her exemptions. Do I just have to wait for my mother to file before I can finish this?
