I have had ovarian & uterus cancer w/ total hysterectomy.Anyone cured w/MMS?

I have been diagnosed w/ ovarian & uterus cancer w/total hysteromy. I need some help here on what to do. Scheduled to chemo on Thurs.10/15 and my brother=n=law told to check out this website for help.
