I'm not so sure about this gal?

I'm in grade 11 and she's in my history cl. When I glance at her she sees me at the corner of her eye and starts playing with her hair; it's almost completely in my direction. It's like she tilts her head completely towards me and starts twirling her hair. I tried making small talk with her but she didn't seem that interested. I could try making a full on conversation tomorrow? I'm confused and not sure whether she likes me or not.
