What are the strong bonding ,low viscocity natural gum powders?

which can be mixed with water and heated to form a low viscous fluid with high bonding strength and shall have neutral Ph.The powder can be preferably cellulose based. If synthetic it should be easily soluble in water with very high bonding property. The bonding time taken should be one or two minutes.
