I am looking to buy a capture card to record videos from my Xbox 360?

I am looking to buy a "capture card" to record videos from my Xbox 360 can anyone give any recommendations. I want to take the videos, and then put them onto my computer, and edit them there. It also needs to come with some kind of editing program. I would like to take the videos and add voices and music, and maybe some effects but that's it. It also has to be decent quality and not too overpriced, thanks!
